Enrolling in the Pilot
The Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) will send invitation letters to eligible recipients. Individuals who are interested in the pilot program, or their authorized representative, should complete and return the letter of interest provided with the invitation letter. APD will work with the individual or their authorized representative to schedule a level of care meeting. Participation in the Pilot is voluntary. Once enrolled into the Pilot program, individuals will get their Medicaid benefits and long-term care benefits from the Pilot program. Individuals will also be enrolled into a Statewide Managed Care Dental Plan.
